Use XT as midi controller for other Shruthi-1 unit?

Is it possible to use XT as midi controller if you connect standard Shurthi-1 to its midi out ?

Yes if both run the same firmware.

@pichenettes Cool ! I never though of that instead I was always thinking how can I mechanically swap filters in XT easily.

In this case minimum firmware requirement is 1.0

Same firmware due to changes to CC numbers I think.

@pichenettes any chance of reconsidering implementing ‘local off’ mode on the XT, so you can control a second Shruthi without messing up the sounds on the XT itself?
