I’ve been reading today about the exploits of Bill Buzzbee, apparently of Google, who - among other interesting things - built his own minicomputer from scratch. It’s a fascinating read with lots of videos and photos.
He’s also into nixie tubes and dekatrons and has built some cool clocks and stuff with them…
