No sound :(

Nothing else than the arpeggiator comes through and even that sounds so far the noise threshold is louder…
I’ve plugged it in my amp & straight to headphones… no luck.
I was so happy when the arpeggiator started beating I thought I got ahold of it but textureland is still closed to public performances.
In a youtube video posted by WDMusicStudio as of Jan 2013, the demonstrator holds down S1 to trigger texture sound…

How is this possible?

Even when I plug my midi keyboard, only the distant arpeggiator gets through…
I recall using this synth several months ago for analog filtering with in>bubbles & in>bleeps and it worked well… Now even the analog filtering is not responding…

Any idea? I am kind of sad not knowing what to do now… I’ve been reading blogs & checking videos and nothing really answers to it so, final blow, forum post!

I feel the VCA is just not blowing enough (or blew up)… I feel I can get some sound (mainly because of the arpeggiator) but so soft. Did I forget to tune this? My LED screen is nicely lit but what about the other variable pot sitting in the bottom left analog circuit…

Much thanks for any help of sorts…

I think the first port of call is the connectivity between the two boards. Check the soldered joints on the connector pins and socket.

Then the output jack. After those obvious connections (which get all the stress) you’ll have to trace the audio path a stage at a time.
