New Ears won't work

I just got a Marbles, Plaits and Ears. The other two works as intended but Ears leds don’t light up and the module doesn’t work.

I don’t have a multimeter to check continuity so I’m thinking on returning the module and getting a new one.

Is there another posible solution before doing that?

I assume you have tried the cable? If not, get a return from your dealer (or contact me if your dealer is… slow).

It’s working for some reason now. I believe I didn’t change anything…
Well, let’s put them in use :slight_smile: Congrats for the lovely products, the faceplates are amazing!
