Motherboar don't work when i connect my smr4 voicecard

Hi, i have a little problem, everything work on the motherboard, but there is a problem :

when i connect my voicecard on the ambika, the screen just light a bit, but i can’t read anything. i recheck my soler point, they seems to be ok, my PSU come from Jameco, so it must work. which part i have to check firt ?

Facepalm…, TL074 reversed… Everything working ! i have some problem with the configuration with my daw, but i have to read the manual !
