The 2nd one is by the same manufacturer as the recommended one, and has the right voltage, but a tolerance of 10, rather than the recommended 5%.
The first has the correct tolerance, but 100v max voltage.
Would I be right in thinking the max voltage is less important than the tolerance value?

None are very important, a 10% error on the envelope smoothing is fine.
Cool, thanks again pichenettes! I wasn’t sure if they were in the audio signal path or not.
I’ve just discovered RS Components have a trade counter not too far from me here in London, so I’ll be getting as much stuff from them as possible in the future, to save on postage.
