Hi Problem to sing in to the shop

I am new in the forum.
I can’t enter in the mutable instruments shop, using the forum’s password.
What mistake do I?

The shop is closed until the 26th. That password is not for customer entry.

When MI are on holiday the store closes. I believe this is so people don’t complain when their orders are not delivered quickly.
