Got my assambled midipal with case, how to go on

i got my assambled one today. i cased it and now i want to use it. when i switch it on i just get a empty blue screen . when i push the buttoi get the information chn all and i can change the chan all to 1-16.
there is no more informatiohow to continue. do i have to flash the firmware or what do i have to do.

hope someone can give me some informations what are the next steps.

you need to keep holding it down until you can scroll through the other apps.

I thought exactly the same when my MIDIpal arrived today, but it pays to read the manual which clearly tells you to press down on the encoder for 2 secs to select apps.
