I would like to know if it is possible to modify the Anushri to have an LFO output routed to the audio output jack and a Resonance control input to the audio input on the Eurorack expander instead of having them as audio in/outs.
Depends, are you familiar with coding? What function would you replace/be willing to lose in order to gain the extra functionality?

The manual says: “Shift register extension for additional triggers or CV outputs (work in progress, supported in the next firmware revision).”

No. All modulations are digitally generated and mixed together.

No. The resonance is not voltage-controlled. It’s just a pot put in the resonance feedback path. You’d need at the very least a vactrol to control it…
