CC and Panel Pot Interaction

Quick question: if I send a CC message to the Anushri from an external controller (CC #20, for example, to control VFC Env Amt), how does that interact with tweaks made to the physical knob on the panel of the device? Is the behaviour the same for all the available CCs?

The CC overrides whatever has been set by the panel pot; and touching the panel pot overrides whatever has been set by the CC.

The exception is the cutoff CC - it works as an offset added to the position of the physical cutoff knob.
