Anushri 7805 fried? Neg voltage problems

Finished my anushri today, before i popped in the ic’s did the voltage check.
All my +5v red points are ok, but all my negative points come up as slightly positive. The middle pin of the 7805 measures at +0.01V, it should be -4.1V
My +4.1v (purple) test points are ok.

Is this a fried/overheated 7805 IC?

Just want to check before I go ordering. All caps diodes etc are correctly orientated

Fried 7905, or more likely fried LT1054. What is the voltage delivered by your power supply?

The middle pin of the 7805 measures at +0.01V, it should be -4.1V
are you sure you haven’t swapped the 7805 with the 7905? because you should normally read the negative voltage on the 7905, positive on 7805.

You need ONE ic, the LT1054. Without that one you will not get correct negative voltage.
